The Idea

Every day people travel. Either for work, to visit someone or on a holiday. For sure they go back to their home full of impressions and emotions from the places they visit. And of course, they have their favorite destination or the Best Destination in the World in their mind. It could be their hometown, the neighboring village, or a place they visited during a holiday. So here is the place where your opinion can be heard.

The idea is to announce the Best Destination in the World selected by YOU – the people around the world.

Not by some organization or government agency. YOU… you are the ones who travel and visit the destination and YOU should be the ones who have to choose the Best Destination in the World. So make your pick and VOTE NOW!

How does it work

Mid February to December
Initial vote and suggestions

From 00:00h (GMT+2) on 15th of February till 23:59 00:01h (GMT+2) on 31st of December you can vote for your favorite destination. You can also suggest a new destination you think deserves to be called Best Destination in the World. We want to allow you to vote throughout the year as you may visit a new destination which grabs your heart and soul.

From 00:00h (GMT+2) on 1st of January till 23:59 00:01h (GMT+2) on 31st of January we take your votes and suggestion, and we announce the top 20 destinations which will compete for the title Best Destination in the World. In this period you can vote again for the Top 20 destinations and select the Best Destination in the World in your opinion.
